Cebu to Siquijor
No fast ferry runs straight from Cebu City to Siquijor. The usual way is OceanJet with a change at Tagbilaran on Bohol, sold as one ticket: 05:10 from Cebu into Siquijor at 09:50, or 13:00 into Siquijor at 17:40. The other way is by road to Oslob and Super Shuttle Ferry's 13:00 boat to Larena, two hours across. Sunlight Air flies from Mactan in about 55 minutes on three or four days a week.

Where you leave from in Cebu
Which part of Cebu you leave from depends on the way you go.
OceanJet sails from the Cebu City port. It lists its office at Pier 4 on McArthur Road, but go to the pier printed on your ticket. Lite Ferries sends Lite Ferry Ten from Pier 1, the same pier as its Tagbilaran boats.
For Oslob, take a Ceres bus from Cebu South Bus Terminal on N. Bacalso Avenue, signed Bato via Oslob. Not Bato via Barili, which goes down the other coast through Moalboal. The Siquijor boat leaves from Mainit Port in Oslob, so tell the conductor that is where you are going.
Sunlight Air flies from Terminal 1 at Mactan-Cebu, the domestic terminal.
Siquijor port or Larena
Siquijor has two ports on its north and west coasts, and the boat you take decides which one you land at.
Siquijor port, in Siquijor town on the west side, is where OceanJet comes in, from Tagbilaran and from Dumaguete. It is the nearer of the two to San Juan, where many visitors stay.
Larena, on the north coast, is where Lite Ferries and Super Shuttle Ferry dock. It is further from San Juan, so the tricycle costs more.
The airport is small and near Siquijor town and Larena, and tricycles wait outside.
Baggage, fees and a late arrival
OceanJet's Tourist and Open Air tickets include 10 kg of baggage and Business 20 kg. Trolley bags go in the hold, on both legs. Since 1 February 2026, Siquijor charges visitors a tourism ecological fee of ₱50, ₱40 for students and senior citizens, paid at the ticketing office at Siquijor port. Children aged six and under are exempt.
Lite Ferry Ten gets into Larena at 23:00. Tricycles do meet the late boat, but a ride booked through your hotel before you leave is the calmer way to arrive.
Siquijor to Cebu
OceanJet leaves Siquijor port at 08:20 and 14:30, changes at Tagbilaran and gets into Cebu City at 13:10 and 19:20. Super Shuttle Ferry leaves Larena at 08:00 for Oslob, two hours, then it is about four hours by bus to Cebu City. Lite Ferries' slow boat leaves Larena at 19:00 on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays and arrives at 05:00.

Leaving Siquijor
Go back from the port you need for your boat, not the nearest one. OceanJet leaves from Siquijor port in Siquijor town. Super Shuttle and Lite Ferries leave from Larena. Leave time for the ₱50 ecological fee if you have not paid it on the way in.
Arriving back in Cebu
OceanJet and Lite Ferries come into the Cebu City port, a taxi or Grab ride from the city hotels. The Oslob way ends at Cebu South Bus Terminal on N. Bacalso Avenue.
Siquijor to a flight out of Cebu
Mactan-Cebu airport is on Mactan island, across the channel from the port. On the 08:20 OceanJet you are in Cebu at 13:10, which leaves time for an evening flight. The 14:30 gets in at 19:20, too late for most. The Oslob way is the least predictable for a flight, because the four hours on the bus depend on the traffic into the city.
Four ways from Cebu to Siquijor
Siquijor is south of Bohol and east of Negros, and nothing fast sails there straight from Cebu City. There are four ways to do it.
OceanJet, through Tagbilaran. The quickest by sea. You take the fast craft from Cebu to Tagbilaran on Bohol, wait at the port, and take a second boat on to Siquijor. OceanJet sells the two as one ticket, but prices each leg separately.
By road to Oslob, then the boat to Larena. Oslob is at the southern end of Cebu island. A Ceres bus gets you there in about four hours, and Super Shuttle Ferry crosses from Mainit Port in Oslob to Larena every day at 13:00, in about two hours. It is the cheapest way if you go at the counter, and the natural one if you are already in the south of Cebu.
Lite Ferries, the slow boat. Lite Ferry Ten sails from Cebu straight through to Larena three days a week, calling at Tagbilaran. It takes ten hours and arrives late at night.
Flying. Sunlight Air flies from Mactan-Cebu to Siquijor in about 55 minutes on three or four days a week. It costs several times the boat, and saves most of a day.
Cebu to Siquijor ferry and flight times
OceanJet, through Tagbilaran, as sold for 8 October 2026:
- Cebu to Siquijor: 05:10, in at 09:50; 13:00, in at 17:40
- Siquijor to Cebu: 08:20, in at 13:10; 14:30, in at 19:20
The connections come from OceanJet's own timetable: Cebu to Tagbilaran at 05:10 and 13:00, then Tagbilaran to Siquijor at 07:30 and 15:20.
Super Shuttle Ferry, Oslob and Larena, daily:
- Oslob (Mainit Port) to Larena: 13:00, in at 15:00
- Larena to Oslob: 08:00, in at 10:00
Guides put the bus from Cebu South Bus Terminal to Oslob at about four hours and suggest leaving between 06:30 and 07:00 to be at the port by 11:00.
Lite Ferries, Lite Ferry Ten:
- Cebu to Larena: 13:00 on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, leaving Tagbilaran at 20:00 and reaching Larena at 23:00
- Larena to Cebu: 19:00 on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, reaching Cebu at 05:00
Sunlight Air. It flies three or four days a week, and the times move. For 16, 18 and 21 October 2026, 12Go was selling a 12:30 from Cebu, landing at 13:25, and a 13:45 back. There was nothing for 19 or 24 October.
Cebu to Siquijor fares 2026
The OceanJet fares are the ones in force since 21 September 2026, with the temporary 10 percent fuel surcharge OceanJet added on all its routes, so the full trip is ₱1,920 in Tourist. Super Shuttle's are its counter fares; on 12Go the same boat cost ₱700 to ₱710, or ₱850 air-conditioned, with 12Go's charges in. The bus fare comes from guides written before Ceres raised its fares on 28 September, so expect a little more at the terminal. Ceres also lists a through fare from Cebu South Bus Terminal to Siquijor of ₱640 air-conditioned on its new fare table; ask at the terminal how it runs.
On top of the ticket, budget the ₱50 ecological fee on Siquijor and the terminal fees at the ports.
Siquijor port, Larena and the tricycle to San Juan
Tricycles from the port. They meet every boat. Guides from 2026 put Siquijor port to San Juan at about ₱200 to ₱400 for the tricycle, Larena to San Juan at about ₱400, and Siquijor port to Larena at about ₱150 to ₱200. Agree the price before you get in, and whether it is for the tricycle or for each person. A tricycle for a day's island tour is about ₱1,500.
Siquijor to Dumaguete. OceanJet crosses between Siquijor port and Dumaguete on Negros in about an hour, several times a day. If you are heading to Dumaguete after Siquijor, the Cebu guide covers that route too.
Siquijor to Bohol. The same OceanJet boats run Siquijor to Tagbilaran on their own, at 08:20 and 14:30, for Panglao.
OceanJet sailings off until 15 October
OceanJet has cut some sailings to save fuel. Its advisory covers 1 to 15 October 2026, and the same boats were still off sale for 16 and 21 October. None of them is on this page: the 05:10 and 13:00 from Cebu, the 07:30 and 15:20 from Tagbilaran, and the 08:20 and 14:30 from Siquijor all still run. The ones off sale include the 14:40 from Tagbilaran to Siquijor and the 06:40 and 16:40 from Siquijor to Dumaguete. Passengers on a cancelled sailing can have a full refund or rebook free at an OceanJet ticket office.
