Montenegro Shipping Lines leaves El Nido Ferry Terminal at 12:00 and Jomalia Shipping at 12:30, both due in Coron three and a half hours later. They do not sail every day: in late September 2026 only Montenegro was selling seats, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. El Nido office: 0998 881 7226. | ### El Nido Ferry Terminal location The ferries leave from **El Nido Ferry Terminal** in Barangay Buena Suerte, in El Nido town itself. That is a different place from the bus and van terminal at Corong-Corong, where you arrive from Puerto Princesa. Atienza asks passengers to be at the port at least two hours before departure. Jomalia and Montenegro do not publish a check-in time, so for a midday boat, being there by 11:00 is the safe choice. ### Coron Pier and Coron Port The booking listings give the two companies different names at the Coron end. **Jomalia** arrives at **Coron Pier** and **Montenegro** at **Coron Port**. Both are listed in Barangay Tagumpay, in Coron town proper, about 160 metres apart. Check which one is printed on your ticket. The midday boats arrive around 15:30 to 16:00, which leaves the rest of the afternoon for checking in. Nothing on this crossing gets you to Coron in time for a day tour. ### Jomalia Aircon and Open Air seats Jomalia sells two seating areas on MV Maica 10, **Aircon** and **Open Air**. For 7 October 2026 its own booking site priced both at ₱3,100, and 12Go sold them at one price too, ₱3,140 with its charges included. Buying direct is the cheaper way. Buy the ticket before you get to the port. Jomalia sells online at jomaliashipping.com and takes calls on (032) 346 0421 and 0929 658 4445. Montenegro's seats are sold through booking sites. ## Coron to El Nido ferry The boats back leave Coron early. Montenegro Shipping Lines departs Coron Port at 06:00 and Jomalia Shipping departs Coron Pier at 07:30, reaching El Nido Ferry Terminal at 09:30 and 11:00. Montenegro leaves at 06:00 from Coron Port, Jomalia at 07:30 from Coron Pier, so make sure your tricycle is booked for the pier on your ticket. Atienza's website lists a 07:00 from Coron, with the same advice to be at the port two hours early. Its Coron office number is 0939 912 6840. ### El Nido Ferry Terminal arrival Arriving at El Nido Ferry Terminal puts you in town, not out at Corong-Corong. If you are staying in El Nido that is the end of the trip. If you are going straight on south, the vans and buses leave from elsewhere. ### Coron to El Nido and on to Puerto Princesa The morning ferries make a same-day run on to Puerto Princesa possible. Montenegro's boat is due at 09:30 and Jomalia's at 11:00, and Cherry Bus leaves El Nido for Puerto Princesa at 11:00 and 21:00, with shared vans through the afternoon. A boat due at 11:00 does not connect with an 11:00 bus. Jomalia has no El Nido or Coron sailings in late September and restarts on 1 October 2026, and until then Montenegro sails three days a week. In the first half of October both are back on most days: Jomalia every day but 3 October, Montenegro on most weekdays. The weekend of 3 and 4 October is the one to watch, with only Jomalia's Sunday boat on sale. ## El Nido to Coron ferry companies: Jomalia, Montenegro, Atienza Coron is on Busuanga, a separate island north of the Palawan mainland, so the choice is a ferry or a flight. **Jomalia Shipping** runs MV Maica 10, leaving Coron at 07:30 and El Nido at 12:30. Its own booking site had no El Nido or Coron sailings in late September 2026, and has them almost every day from 1 October. **Montenegro Shipping Lines** runs a high-speed ferry that leaves earlier each way: 06:00 from Coron and 12:00 from El Nido. In late September 2026 it was the only company with seats on sale, on three days a week. **Atienza Interisland Ferries** still lists a daily fastcraft on its website, at ₱2,600 and four hours. Online it had nothing on sale until 14 October 2026, and that sailing was a slower boat, 11:00 from El Nido and timetabled at eight hours, from ₱2,244. Call before building a plan around it. ## El Nido to Coron ferry schedule 2026 **El Nido to Coron** - Montenegro, 12:00: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays in late September 2026; in October on 1, 5 to 9 and 12 to 14 October, not at weekends - Jomalia, 12:30: every day from 1 to 14 October 2026 except 3 October **Coron to El Nido** - Montenegro, 06:00 - Jomalia, 07:30, on the same days as its El Nido departure These are the days each company was selling on 23 September 2026. The low season runs to fewer boats, and a date without a sailing simply shows nothing to book. Search your own date before you book the rooms at either end. ## El Nido to Coron ferry price - **Jomalia**, from its own booking site for 7 October 2026: ₱3,100, the same for Aircon and Open Air - **Jomalia**, as sold on 12Go for the same date: ₱3,140 - **Montenegro**, as sold on 12Go for 7 October 2026: ₱2,734 - **Atienza**, from its website: ₱2,600, with 20% off for students, PWD and senior citizens on tickets bought on its site ## El Nido to Coron by expedition boat: 3 to 5 days The slow way across is a bangka trip of three to five days through Linapacan and Culion, sleeping in beach huts on the islands between. It is a holiday rather than a transfer, and priced like one: from about ₱17,000 a person, against about ₱3,000 for the ferry. **Keelooma** runs three days and two nights in either direction, from San Fernando Port in El Nido or from Coron Port. It costs ₱19,000 for travel up to 31 October 2026 (₱17,000 with the off-peak code on its site) and ₱19,800 from 1 November. Meals are included, and two guests share each hut. The ₱400 El Nido eco-tourism fee is not. **Buhay Isla** sells three, four and five days at ₱22,900, ₱26,900 and ₱30,900, with all fees included. It closed for August 2026, has open trips in both directions from 26 September, and takes later dates by email. **Big Dream Boatman** runs four days and three nights from El Nido to Coron at US$599, from October to July. Guests meet at 09:00 in El Nido town, sail from the San Fernando RoRo port at about 11:00, and reach Coron Port at about 15:00 to 16:00 on day four. Big bags go below deck and stay there, so pack a day bag for the four days, and bring cash for the environmental fee. **Tao Philippines** has run this crossing the longest. Its trip is four nights, with a briefing at the Tao office in El Nido at 18:00 the evening before and a 07:30 start. The trip page shows no price, and its calendar had no open dates for late September 2026. None of these boats leaves from El Nido Ferry Terminal. They go from San Fernando, on the north coast of El Nido, and Tao and Big Dream Boatman take their guests there by road from town. The crews also pick each day's islands by the sea and the weather, so the last day's arrival time is an estimate. Leave slack before a flight out of Busuanga. ## El Nido to Coron flight and leaving Coron **The flight.** Cebgo, Cebu Pacific's regional airline, flies nonstop from El Nido's Lio airport to Busuanga for Coron in about 40 minutes. These are the old AirSWIFT flights: Cebgo took over every one of them on 1 July 2026, the T6 flight numbers became DG, and they are booked through Cebu Pacific. The September 2026 schedule had five a week, leaving El Nido at about 12:05 to 12:20. **Leaving Coron.** Flights from Busuanga that used to go to Manila have left from Clark since 29 March 2026. If your international flight is from Manila, the connection is a two-hour drive rather than a terminal change. **Coming from Puerto Princesa.** The road north to El Nido takes five to six hours by bus or van, so the midday ferry to Coron is a next-day plan, not a same-day one. ## El Nido to Coron ferry FAQ ### Is there a ferry from El Nido to Coron?
